A Stronger Life Session

This program has been running for over a year now and is still our most requested and popular courses

We use neuroscience and many coaching sessions and blend these together to create a workshop

that helps you get clear on ways to build a stronger life for yourself and others.

Not just mental Strength, but stronger habits, deal with procrastination and other gems that help lift your game

The timing of the workshops are set to not interfere with your day and 2 slots per month are available - One in the evening at 5:15pm and the other the next day at 6:45am - you choose if you are a night owl or a morning tui!!

A Q&A at the end helps tie everything together and a handout is provided with all the key points from the session - but still take notes!!!

We call it the monthly power hour!
